Greetings to all of our beautiful sisters around the world! We have decided to continue the #SelfAcceptanceEvolution based upon your requests and thank you for taking this journey with us.
Eleanor Roosevelt once said, “Remember always that you not only have the right to be an individual, you have an obligation to be one.”

It can be a very challenging position to take when opposing forces tell you otherwise. It may be a person or a system that defines beauty/intelligence/strength in a way that excludes you. However, you are as you think and believe you are.

Practice pouring positive into yourself. Visualize yourself cleaning “your house” – inhale self-love and exhale the trash. The trash is anything that does not nourish your soul.

We would like to share the spoken word poem entitled “What if a Black Girl Knew” by Dylema. It speaks to this very reality that many of our sisters face throughout the world. Please keep sharing your voices and being courageous enough to simply be your beautiful and authentic selves.

Peace and blessings,
