It is so important that we take the time to cultivate our thoughts because thoughts produce action. We have the power to produce harmful or healthful thoughts and we invite you to join our #AFFIRMATION8 Challenge!

The goal of this challenge is simply to elevate ourselves one thought at a time. How do we do that?
~ Face the self negative talk we hold/hide and replacing those with the positive opposite. (Yes … write them down)
~ Focus on recognizing all of wonderful things you bring to any table! Make your affirmations brief and easy to remember.
~ Create affirmations using “My” and “I” statements in the present tense (i.e. “I am brilliant and resilient”).
~ Add positive emotion to your affirmation (e.g. joy, gratitude, confidence, contentment, love, pride, awe etc. )
~ Speak your affirmations with love and power every day.
~ Finally, believe and receive what you are affirming.
